This is a brief reminder that Somerset Acres West Homes Association needs your email address in order to include you in HOA communications, dues notices, etc.
We can maintain two email addresses per property.
Please let us know if you change your email address. Send your email address to accounting@somersetacreswest.com.
We will not use your email address for any other purpose, nor will we grant a person or organization access to your email address. It is strictly for use by the Association, for Association business.
Most of the properties who have not paid dues for 2026 are also ones for which we have no email address. As a result, we will be forced to visit each property to collect late HOA dues and, hopefully, acquire an email address for each property.
Penalties will be assessed and applied to unpaid dues that have not been received by Friday, May 1, 2026.
