Our 2025 annual meeting will be held on Sunday, March 2, at 2 PM in the Council Chambers at Prairie Village City Hall. All property owners are invited to attend.
Here is the proposed agenda:

Introductions
HOA Business
o Acceptance of Prior Meeting Minutes
o Treasurer’s Report and 2025 Budget Review and Approval
o Review of Current Dues
o Upcoming Board of Directors Election and Nominees
The following three Board of Directors positions are coming up for election in June 2025:
President – Evan Courtemanche
Secretary– Jeff Wright / Interim Vacancy Replacement;
Executive Secretary– Jay Frankenberg / Interim Vacancy Replacement
Jeff Wright and Jay Frankenberg have resigned their Board positions and interim vacancy replacements will be appointed by the Board to complete their terms through to the election in June during this meeting.
If you have any interest in joining the Board and would like to be placed on the ballot for June 2025 please attend the meeting and notify the Board (or contact us directly or via the HOA website) so that we can get you added to the Ballot.
