It's a new year and time to remind HOA members that dues are payable as of January 1 of each year. We discontinued mailing invoices and statements unless there are past-due amounts.
That said, we will email an invoice if we have your email address so be sure to update us if your email address should change. (Note our contact email at the bottom of this page.)
For 2025, dues are $200. There is a payment link to the right in the sidebar and at the bottom of this page.

Our annual meeting will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 2 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 7700 Mission Road. All property owners are invited and encouraged to attend.
We currently have two openings on our five member Board of Directors. If you are interested in becoming a Board member, please contact us. It's light duty and important to keep our Association running smoothly.
If you are new or new-ish to Somerset Acres West, welcome! Feel free to get to know our community green space and pond. And, if you are contemplating a remodel that changes the footprint of your house, please get in touch since every property has a different set of deed restrictions.
