The Annual meeting of Somerset Acres West Homes Association will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at the Prairie Village Community Center on the municipal campus, 7720 Mission Road, Prairie Village, KS 66208.
First on the agenda: Dennis Enslinger, Assistant City Manager, will preview the new solid waste, recycling and yard waste disposal program, which begins in May and respond to your questions and concerns.
Following that, our typically short annual meeting will commence. (It usually lasts about 20 minutes.)
Here is the tentative agenda for the Annual Meeting:
• Presentation and Q&A on new Solid Waste, Yard Waste and Recycling Program
• Acceptance of minutes from 2009 meeting
• Financial report: 2009 results and 2010 budget
• Other business
• Election of Officers
