Here is the tentative agenda for our annual HOA meeting this Sunday, March 6:

New Business:

Introduce new By-Laws

Discuss potential changes to Declaration of Restrictions

Set date for next meeting and vote on Restrictions in May

Please note that the By-Laws changes should not be controversial. They are primarily to align our By-Laws with applicable Kansas statutes. Our attorney will be there to walk us through.

 

The changes to the Declaration of Restrictions, which apply to each property in the Homes Association, need to be fully discussed such as a prohibition on splitting lots and the length of time a temporary storage unit will be allowed.
