Our Annual Meeting will convene at 7:30 PM Wednesday, February 20, in the Prairie Village Community Center on the municipal campus at 77th and Mission Road. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend. We will begin promptly at 7:30 PM and expect the proceedings to last about an hour.
Here is the tentative agenda for the Annual Meeting:
• Acceptance of minutes from 2006 meeting
• Financial report: 2007 results and 2008 budget
• Other business
• Election of Officers
Call for New Board Members
We have two openings on the Board of Directors. If you would like to serve a term on the Board, please volunteer! Absent a big project, the Board meets quarterly—it’s not a large time commitment. Please help us keep Somerset Acres West an attractive and desirable neighborhood.
Collection of 2008 Dues
We will accept payment of your Association dues for 2008 at the meeting if you would like to pay in person. Statements were put into the mail on Feb. 9th. Homes Association dues are considered late after March 15th.
