The Tooth Lake project is advancing!
At last count, 79 of the 92 members of SAWHA have paid the Tooth Lake Assessment as well as this year's dues. Thank you to all who have paid. We now have funds in hand to proceed with the sediment removal project. For those who have not yet paid, we urge you to do so as soon as possible.
We sent off the 29-page contract to Jerry, the contractor, for review last week, and plan to sign the contract before the end of March so that work can begin right around the first of April.
In other news, Mary Murphy has resigned as a Director and Treasurer of the Homes Association because they have sold their home and will be moving soon. Mary has held the position of Treasurer for over 12 years and has done a thankless job very well. It is just that sort of quiet, constant effort that makes a neighborhood great! We thank Mary for her service and wish her well in the future!
